Arbitrators & Mediators
They come from every region of Canada and have extensive experience in alternate dispute resolution and sports-related issues. They've all received intensive training to ensure an intimate knowledge of the Canadian sport system, sport law issues, and the unique needs of members of the Canadian sport system.
The mediators and arbitrators below all offer their services in the Ordinary Tribunal and Appeal Tribunal divisions. They are classified based on the type of services they can deliver under these divisions:

Professional Standards
To maintain high quality dispute resolution services, so that parties, the sport community, and the general public can have confidence in its processes, the SDRCC has developed a procedure for the investigation and resolution of complaints about its arbitrators, mediators or resolution facilitators.
The SDRCC complaints process is intended as an administrative procedure to improve, as required, the dispute resolution services and to investigate any alleged breach by the dispute resolution service providers of the Code of Conduct for SDRCC Mediators and Arbitrators. It is not intended to review, change or overturn the decisions rendered by arbitrators.
